A free 1 to 2 hour online consultation with Dr. Castillo Peláez, where he actually takes the time to sit with you, walk through your history, explain your results clearly, and help you understand what your next steps should look like. It feels more like a real conversation than a typical quick and rushed consult.
Consultation at the clinic
In-person medical consultation with Dr. Castillo Peláez to review your history, discuss test results, and define the next steps in your treatment plan.
Consultation (with ultrasound)
In-person visit with the Dr. Castillo Peláez, including a full medical review, discussion of your fertility goals, and a transvaginal ultrasound to assess ovarian and uterine health.
Egg Freezing

IVF Cycle

IVF Cycle with Donor Eggs
Donor selection, 8 eggs, monitoring and all appointments at the clinic, ICSI, egg puncture, egg retrieval, embryo culture, fresh embryo transfer and cryopreservation of remaining embryos for 3 months.
IVF Cycle with Donor Semen
Donor selection, 1 vial, monitoring and all appointments at the clinic, ICSI, egg puncture, egg retrieval, embryo culture, fresh embryo transfer and cryopreservation of remaining embryos for 3 months.
IVF Cycle with Donor Eggs & Semen
Donors selection, 8 eggs, 1 semen vial, monitoring and all appointments at the clinic, ICSI, egg puncture, egg retrieval, embryo culture, fresh embryo transfer and cryopreservation of remaining embryos for 3 months.
IVF Cycle with Sex Selection
Monitoring and all appointments at the clinic, ICSI, egg puncture, egg retrieval, embryo culture, preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) on up to 8 embryos, embryo transfer and cryopreservation of remaining embryos for 3 months.
Reciprocal IVF Cycle (ROPA)
Donor selection of any ethnicities, 1 semen donation, monitoring and all appointments at the clinic, ICSI, egg puncture, egg retrieval, embryo culture, fresh embryo transfer and cryopreservation of remaining embryos for 3 months.
Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET)
Monitoring and all appointments at the clinic and embryo transfer.
Hysteroscopy and biopsy
Technique employing a slender scope to inspect the uterine lining, commonly applied for endometrial scratching as part of IVF protocols to enhance embryo implantation.
